         In the unfortunate event that you have a probe that needs repairs, please send the probe to the SONO REF laboratory in Graz where it will be tested and an estimated repair cost will be issued.

           If you accept the estimate, the probe will be repaired and sent back to you. If the repair is not justified from the cost point of view, we will send the probe back without being repaired. Please use the contact form or phone number to contact us.
